Influenza epidemic in the Ternopil region: on 26 October, seven people died, more than 10 thousand sick

As of Monday, Oct. 26, in the Ternopil region because of the flu virus died with seven others. In addition, in the area reported more than 10 thousand cases of an unknown type of virus.
Information on fatal cases among patients with influenza today, 27 October, during a press conference confirmed the Head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration health Bogdan Oniskiv.
It informs Ternopil true, doctors attributed the deaths to complications caused by flu. Specific names of the dead, and everything connected with that Oniskiv refused to disclose to once again not to disturb people, but said that virtually all of the dead - young people who had no health problems.
Last week, only one Ternopil with unknown flu symptoms to the doctors asked about six thousand people. At the same time, the origin of the virus is still unknown. "Type of influenza can only be determined through the week and a half, the final results should come from London" - the official said.
